WHO AM I?

Failure to follow my T.O.S. may result in banning from future commissions.

- Be aware that I may take up to a week or more to finish your commission (I will contact you if it takes more than a month)

- Do note that I typically work from my commission list from the top to bottom (depending on who came first). So naturally, if you're at the bottom, it'll take awhile to get to you. Exceptions to this is if you have a simpler commission. ex: icon or sketch.
 -All money is in USD and via PayPal.
I will request half the money for your commission up front! The remaining half will be requested once you are happy with the sketch.
-If you have requested a commission that is flat color or above then I will send you a wip of the progress on posing, once you are happy with the pose I will request the remaining half of payment. You are allowed one edit after this.
- once the commission has been finished and the image is in your hands the transaction is over aka no refunds after the art is finished.
- regarding refunds. Please make sure you want this commission before asking for it, the half that you pay me at the start is non refundable! If you decide that you no longer want the commission I will stop it immediately and you do not have to pay me the second half. 
- The finished work will be sent to you as a link through whatever communication you initiated with me. (aka email, discord, twitter, ect) the link will have a downloadable file for the image.

- Be aware that I clear my stash once in awhile, so it's your responsibility to save the commission I sent you as soon as possible!
- I am allowed to share all commission work I do on my social media, note im not claiming your character as mine i'm simply showing that I drew it, if possible I will always credit
- You may not edit my art without prior written consent from me

- I will take commissions made for others but I will take 0 responsibility of character use permissions. It's your responsibility to ask for their permission, not mine

- I do not draw certain adult images
ex: gore is fine, naked is not fine.

-I hold the right to decline any commission without reason.

- I may use the commissions in my portfolios or promo posts

- I may edit my T.O.S. without prior notice
